Construction warranty
- Applies to construction items as agreed in the contract
- Support for technical issues arising from construction work
- Consultation on plant health during the warranty period
Scheduled care & maintenance
For projects that require long-term care, Đẹp Housing provides professional maintenance services, including:
- Watering and fertilizing on suitable cycles
- Pruning, shaping, and maintaining landscape composition
- Growth checks and timely pest and disease control
- Maintaining aesthetics and durability of the project
Notes
- Warranty does not apply to force majeure cases such as extreme weather or impacts beyond control.
- Detailed terms are specified in each service contract.
